My Favorite Warrior Characters

Firestar : Firestar is the current leader of ThunderClan. He is the main character of the first series. Firestar was the kitty pet Rusty until he joined ThunderClan and committed himself to

Firestar

Spottedleaf: Spottedleaf is the first ThunderClan medicine cat written about in the series. She is killed by Clawface in the first book, but she is the most active StarClan spirit.

Bluestar: Bluestar is the ThunderClan leader when the books begin. She is noble and would do anything for her clan.Even though she experienced terrible pain in her lifetime she still stood strong.

Fishers Island part 2

I'm home! Fishers was excellent and I had so much fun. I went to 3 beaches and a lake! The beach Isabella was my favorite!

The others were Chocomount , and Doc ( baby ) beach.

I enjoyed the lake because I had never swam in one before.

Kittylicous and I were also were allowed some independence. We got to go to the opening night of Rodrick Rules on out own. We also got to walk into town alone!

Even though I'll miss Fishers in till next year, I'm glad I'm home to sweet WI FI land!

Kitty Bath, Curio and Ashe

So I walk into my friend's bathroom and of all the random things in the world! I look a her sink and there is a ruler tied on it! " Kate ? Why is there a ruler tied onto your sink ? "

Things you should know about Kate are that she LOVES cats. She has two of them. Curio, a 17 pound black and white cat who is named for his curious personality, and Ashe, a rare tortoiseshell male who is a bit timid.

"Oh, Ashe takes baths and wastes water so we put the ruler on to prevent it". Curio came up from behind me and began sniffing my feet like he always does and Ashe just looked innocently at me

Fishers Island part 1

I apologize if i have a bit of a 4 day absence, but at least I'm blogging now! Anyway, during that absence I will be vacationing in Fisher's Island. I depart from the main land at 3:30 today.

Fisher's is a lovely little island, mainly for vacationers. Not many people live there regarding the size, but the beaches and hikes are great activities for tourists. Another reason of the shortage of year round population is because of the WI FI. You can only access Internet at the library.

I will be vacationing there with my good friend, Kittylicous, who has a house there for the summer time. I cant wait!

My Epic Journey

Yesterday after I finished blogging, I went on a bike ride on my new bike with my dad. But I did not see it coming when my dad took a turn converting a 1 mile ride into a 6 mile journey. Up hills a down them, we traversed through the country roads. When I finally caught site of Kitty (my other cat) , I was both relieved but a bit melancholy to. Then it hit me, I was having fun!

Potty Race-What is Barbie teaching little ones?

So I happened to be in the room when my 4 year old sister clicked the barbie game potty race. The game features, Barbie as some super model baby sitter, dragging " little sis " through the house's maze. Conveniently enough for Barbie the toilet is at the end.

Once "little sis" makes her way through the maze (featuring dogs and toys as obstacles and toilet paper and clocks as pluses) the player experiences a highly inappropriate scene of what came out of "little sis " flushing down the toilet.

What I saw that day effected my relationship with barbie permanently. The surprised expression on " little sis's " face when it happened made me think she had the same thoughts.

I LOVE WARRIOR BOOKS!!

From Firepaw to Dovepaw, dive into these books for cat lovers! Start out with Rusty, a house pet who feels the call of the wild in his bones. Join him when he becomes Firepaw, when he befriends Greypaw and so much more.

In the second series of kitty wonder, meet Brambleclaw, Leafpaw and Squirrelpaw as they fight to save the Clans from destruction. Will the Twolegs destroy the forest or can the cats save their home?

And in the last two series follow 3 cats prophesied for greatness.

Mr.Big the Amazing

My cat's name is Mr.Big. Even though he is 17 now, and rarely does anything except lie around in the sun , stroll lazily around our yard , he has quite a story to tell...

Mr.Big, Big Dude, Carl , or as I usually call him : Stoosy was found by a colleague of my of father. This man was leaving to another job and could not take care of a kitten at the time. So he decided to give Mr. Big to my dad. For a while my dad was living at his work, and people tell me that Mr.Big used to follow him like a dog!

One day Big Dude ran away without his collar (he hates those things) and the pound picked him up. When they finally found him, he was in a completely different town!

His most amazing story was when my dad gave him to his parents to look after. He cross hundreds of busy roads, and highways just to find my dad!

So that is the story of my amazing cat Mr Big!

Vermont

So I got out of school on the fifteenth of June and it was awesome. One of the reasons being, my awesome grandmother, MayMay was there when I got out. And the next thing I knew, we were off on a four-hour trip to Vermont. Our stops included Warner, NH where we ate at the Foothills (Eat here, or we'll both starve). When we got to Stowe, the town we were staying in, it was about a five minute break at the Inn. Then we were off again to dinner, and so-on and so-forth. In the next 3 days we did a bunch of activities. My favorite included the Alpine Slide, a super cool park, and beautiful hikes. The Alpine Slide is a huge slide, so big that it takes a whole ski lift to get to the top of it. It's called the Alpine Slide because they do it in ski areas in the Alps during the warm months. The hikes were so beautiful, but long. Although the sight of the Green Mountains were worth it in the end. We even saw an orange salamander. Another thing about Vermont is we discovered my little sister has one of the best ever hiker attitudes. We were sad to leave Vermont, but we knew that there was a whole summer waiting for us back at home.

New Blog, According to Cate

Dear reader, I decided to change the blog because I made my last blog when I was eight. I wasn't a very good blogger. Maybe this was because of my age. But now things I want to change are writing a little bit more often, changing format (do you like the new template?), and writing more like the combination of the blogs Blicky Kitty and In Caleb's Mind. So now that I'm ten (and not eight), I hope I can make these changes happen.
