About Me

My cousin and I in Seattle
Journal:
Today I woke up and as usual I got dressed then went down for breakfast, brushed my teeth, put on my shoes and went onto the bus which you have a video of. But anyway, after I got home from school the plumber was here. I was confused at first when I got off the bus, but then my mom told me that the plumber was here and I let that subject alone. I had some ice cream and watched a bit of TV, jumped rope, and that brings me to right here.

And now a bit of my creative side:
I like to draw and I like to dance and sing. Do you? Please vote on the poll. Thank you! But anyway, back to the subject. I like to listen to my cd player and I'm saving up for an iPod. I like pop music, do you. Please vote on the poll. Oh, I forgot to tell you. I'll be having lots of polls. I love animals. Do you? Poll again! I like to be creative with my toys. Do you? Well enough with the polls.

School and Science:
In school, I just finished working on the rain forest. I studied the red-legged kangaroo. The rain forest floods almost 300 times a year. That must be a wet place! No wonder it's called the rain forest! 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Do you like math? I'm not a big fan, but sometimes I will have fun with it. Some of the games are fun, like math war and around the world. A, B, C, D, E, F, G, I love reading! Right now we're reading about George Washington Carver. He was a cool guy. We're also working on biographies. In fact, I have a school assignment for them. I'm going to write about my aunt. I hope you vote on the polls. And again, leave more comments please.

Now I have to go! But until next time, good-bye!

And Now a Post of Me

I think we need to get to know each other a bit. Please leave more comments. Then I'll be able to talk to you more and know what you like so I can write more things about that thing that you like, or book series. But right now I'll tell you about me. I'll be doing this every week. Today is a very wet day. I've been running around all day in a gym with my sister. I'll tell you about my day first kind of like you're reading my journal, but you're not. I woke up and read, and read, and read. Then I got dressed and ate breakfast and went to church, and went to the gym, and went to the store, and went home. Well, that gives you a pretty good idea of my day, but it's not over. I watched a little TV, then that gets me back to right here when I'm typing these words.

Now a little bit of me and what I like to do. For sports, I like softball, basketball, swimming,  soccer, and skating. I like to draw and you know that I LOVE LOVE LOVE READDIINNNGG! I like to listen to my CD player and I like to jump rope. I can do a few tricks, like running when I'm jump roping and jumping super fast. I can do 10 of each. Well that's the most I've ever done. Hey, did you know that jump roping is homework at my school? Actually it's gym homework. No enough with that jump roping. I like to skate but I'm just learning. Actually I'm pretty good. I can't do any trick skating yet. But I can skate really fast. I just went a few days ago with my friend and her mom. The first time I ever went was with my mom at the Ryan Center. I hardly even slipped ~ not to brag. I'm in love with basketball ~ just in love. I do it with my dad at the YMCA and at my school there's a program (my school doesn't have a basketball team, unfortunately for me). In fact it doesn't have any sports teams. For swimming, I was on a swim team. I'm not as fast as some people but I'm pretty good. I don't think I'll do a swim team again. It's a lot of work. But that's fine, because I like just regular swimming better. Then for soccer I've done it ever since I was four! Hey, do you want to know something funny that I did when I was first learning? I used to give the other team a goal, because I got mixed up with the goals. But now it's very rare for me to get a goal because we have goalies in my league. I'm a much better defender. For softball, I just started last summer. I'm not very good, but I enjoy being on the team. Well, I think that's a pretty good post of my sports.

A to Z Mysteries Are Great!

A to Z Mysteries by Ron Roy is now one of my favorite series. You should read them! I'll tell you about the Absent Author. Dinks favorite author is coming to Connecticut at the Book Nook. But the author never comes. That's the beginning of the Absent Author. The Bald Bandit is the kind of robbery that's very funny. At first the kids are just watching TV when someone knocks at the door! You'd think it was a robber, but no! It was a detective (or so they thought). They were relieved that it was a detective, because they thought it was the bank robber (the crime was a bank robbery). From that minute, they plunge into an exciting mystery full of money, and mysterious movies and most of all, detectives at least that one unfortunate detective.
